My name is Keeley Gilmore and I am an Education and Employment Adviser working with Children in Care and Young offenders. I have worked in nearly all schools in Warrington as a Careers Adviser, however, the majority of my time was spent at University Academy (then known as Padgate High School) delivering a MINT project with a small group of year 11 students as well as seeing Years 9, 10 and 11 for careers guidance. I ran the PAYP project in Warrington for several years, which was great, as we took part in some fun activities such as Quad biking, Windsurfing etc. I love to help young people identify their own skills and strengths and there is no greater pleasure than seeing a young person achieving their goals.
